Mental Health First Aid Training:
Upon completing the course, students will become certified mental health first aiders in the workplace and gain the practical skills to spot the triggers and signs of mental health issues. Delegates will have an in depth understanding of mental health and can help colleagues with a mental health issue receive the support they need to recover or manage their symptoms.

How is the course delivered?
Our training is available both in-house and as open courses. Our open courses are great for individual delegates, but if you have a group of people that need training, our in-house courses will be a much more cost-effective option for you… and you won’t even need to travel!
